When you decide it’s time for a change
Give us a call: we will talk/meet with you and discuss, in detail, the particulars of managing your home(s).
- 10% management charged on all monies received for the rental unit
- 10% on all subcontracted work including advertising
- 50% leasing fee on the first full months rent
- Leasing fees and a management fee are not charged in the same month
- Leasing fees are not charged more than once in a 12-month period
- Leasing fees are not charged again when tenants stay for an extended time
